You can explore Argentica without completing a form. If you reserve FRAME 01 — Lungo Po in advance, we collect the details you choose to provide to manage your reservation, record your 10% launch discount and contact you about availability.

Who is responsible for your data

The data controller is Stefano Bodini, the person behind Argentica Parfums, based in Cremona, Italy. For information or to exercise your rights, email info@argenticaparfums.com.

Advance reservations for Lungo Po

Email is required so we can contact you about the launch and associate the discount with your reservation. First name, last name and phone number are optional. Any phone number you provide is used only to help us manage your reservation, not for promotional calls or messages. We also store your chosen language, the fragrance, the 10% discount, the registration date, the version of your consent, a random cancellation code and whether the launch notification is still pending or has been sent.

We process these details with your consent, given by selecting the checkbox before submitting the form. The consent covers this reservation and the Lungo Po launch; it does not sign you up for an ongoing newsletter. Providing these details is voluntary. Without an email address and your consent, we cannot register an advance reservation, but you can continue browsing and contact us directly.

The on-screen confirmation records your reservation. It is not a payment, an order confirmation or a guarantee that a bottle has been allocated. To change your details or withdraw consent, email info@argenticaparfums.com. Any personal unsubscribe link provided with a launch message can also be used to cancel.

Previous subscriptions

The previous subscription form collected your email address, any selected interest, the date and time of registration, the consent version and a random code used to manage unsubscribing. We use this information to record your request and send updates about the project, its creations and the launch. The legal basis is your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

The previous general subscription form is closed. Previous subscribers can still withdraw their consent and request deletion of their data.

Previous enquiries

The previous contact form collected your name, email address, subject, message and the date of your enquiry. We use this information to read and respond to your request, including any steps taken at your request before entering into a contract. Contacting us does not add you to a mailing list. You can now contact us directly by email: your name, address and message will be used to handle your enquiry.

Browsing this site

Your choice of colour or black-and-white view stays within the open page and is not sent to the server. Your language preference is stored locally in your browser so that it can be remembered on your next visit. It is not used for tracking and you can remove it by clearing this site’s browser data.

Security and operation

To limit repeated reservation and unsubscribe requests, we temporarily use a code derived from an IP address and a time window, together with a counter. The site does not store the plain IP address in its own tables. These codes expire after about ten minutes and are removed during automatic maintenance. This processing serves the legitimate interest of protecting the service against abuse. Hosting providers may also process technical connection data under their own privacy notices.

Who can access your data

Data is accessible to the controller and anyone authorised to manage the project. It is stored using OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare infrastructure. It is not published on the site, sold for third-party advertising or sent to an AI service by this site.

Infrastructure services may involve processing outside the European Economic Area, subject to the providers’ terms and safeguards. For more information, see the OpenAI Privacy Policy and the Cloudflare Privacy Policy. You can ask the controller for further details about recipients and transfers.

How long data is kept

Advance reservation and subscription data is kept until consent is withdrawn, and for no longer than 24 months after registration. Contact enquiries are also kept for up to 24 months, unless an ongoing relationship requires separate handling or legal obligations apply. Records past the retention period are removed during service maintenance. Retention periods for technical logs and backups depend on the infrastructure providers.

Unsubscribing and your other rights

You can unsubscribe using a personal unsubscribe link, if you have one, or by emailing info@argenticaparfums.com. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal. You can also request deletion by replying to communications you receive.

Where applicable under data protection law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection and data portability. You may also lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority.

Cookies and external services

The site does not include behavioural analytics, advertising pixels or marketing cookies. Images, styles and scripts are served directly from the site. Your language preference is saved only as a functional browser setting. Any technical tools used by the hosting platform are governed by that provider’s policies. Links to other websites are opened only when you choose them; their privacy notices apply after you visit.

This notice covers the launch phase described above. It will be updated before sales, personal accounts or other services involving new processing are introduced.
